IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH PURPOSE, THIS ASSOCIATION SHALL DEVELOP INTEREST AND PARTICIPATION IN ATHLECTICS AT ALL LEVELS, CONDUCT COMPETITIONS AND OTHER EVENTS, AND GENERATE PUBLIC AWARENESS, APPRECIATION, AND SUPPORT FOR ATHLETICS, USATF, AND THIS ASSOCIATION CREATING OPPORTUNITIES FOR ATHLETES AND ATHLETIC EVENTS AND GENERATING SPONSORSHIP TO AID THIS CORPORATION IN FULFILLING ITS PURPOSES AND DUTIES.

DEPRECIATION ON EVENT EQUIPMENT USED BY ALL PROGRAMS
OFFICALS COMMITTEE PROGRAMS. CERTIFIED CLINICS ALONG WITH ONGOING TRAINING CLINICS OFFERING "ON-THE-FIELD" SPECIFIC INSTRUCTION ON FREQUENT RULE CHANGES, INSTRUCTION TECHNIQUES, ETC. THAT REQUIRE PERIODIC UPDATING. WE PROVIDE MEET OFFICIALS FOR MANY HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE NEEDS AS WELL AS OUR OWN PROGRAMS.
YOUTH PROGRAMS (AGES 8-18). TRACK & FIELD, RACEWALK, CROSS COUNTRY DEVELOPMENTAL, PRELIMINARY, AND STATE CHAMPIONSHIP MEETS IN ALL DISCIPLINES. EVERY 3RD YEAR OREGON HOSTS THE REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP MEETS IN CONJUNCTION WITH WESTERN AND EASTERN WASHINGTON, IDAHO, AND ALASKA.
