DISCIPLINES/INSTRUCTIONS - BEING A FIREARMS TRAINING AND SHOOTING FACILITY, THE VARIOUS SHOOTING DISCIPLINES CONTRIBUTE TO THE PRACTICE OF SAFE FIREARMS HANDLING AND DEVELOPING SAFE SHOOTING SKILLS. AT THIS TIME THERE ARE APPROXIMATELY 18 DIFFERENT LAW ENFORCEMENT DEPARTMENTS USING OUR FACILITIES FOR THEIR REQUIRED TRAINING EXERCISES. THIS INCLUDES FULL AUTOMATIC WEAPONS.IN ADDITION, THEY TEACH 14 DIFFERENT CLASSES ON GUN SAFETY, PROPER USAGE, CONCEALED HANDGUN LICENSES, TRAUMA/FIRST AID, MAINTENANCE, AND RELOADING.
GUN AND SPORTSMAN SHOWS - WE SPONSOR TWICE A YEAR SHOWS WITH MORE THAN 400 TABLES OF ANTIQUE, MODERN, AND REPRODUCTION FIREARMS, MILITARY COLLECTIBLES, AMMUNITION, RELOADING EQUIPMENT, AND SUPPLIES, KNIVES, AND OPTICS. THESE SHOWS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC FOR A SMALL ENTRANCE FEE AND ALLOW THEM TO BECOME FAMILIARIZED WITH GUN LAWS, SAFE HANDLING AND STORAGE PROCEDURES AND PROVIDE A VAST ARRAY OF GUN-RELATED KNOWLEDGE THAT ISNT FOUND IN THE GENREAL AREA. THESE GUN SHOWS ALLOW ATTENDANTS THE CHANCE TO PURCHASE FIREAMRS AND RELATED EQUIPMENT AND ARE HELD IN STRICT COMPLIANCE WITH STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS. IN ADDITION, THERE IS A SPEICAL EVENT HELD ONCE A YEAR IN COOPERATION WITH GLOCK: GSSF. IT IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AND IT AVERAGES 250 COMPETITORS.
