RBYC IS CURRENTLY IN THE PROCESS OF LIQUIDATING; ALL REMAINING ASSETS OF RIVERBEND YOUTH CENTER INC. CONTINUE TO BE USED TO FINANCIALLY SUPPORT OTHER SIMILAR ORGANIZATIONS, AND WILL EVENTUALLY BE DISTRIBUTED TO SUCH SIMILAR ORGANIZATIONS.
