NWAIS SHAPES THE FUTURE OF EDUCATION BY FOSTERING TRANSFORMATIVE SCHOOL LEADERSHIP AND ADVANCING, ENERGIZING AND SUSTAINING REGIONAL INDEPENDENT SCHOOLS. A SCHOOL'S GOAL IN JOINING NWAIS IS TO GAIN AND MAINTAIN ACCREDITATION BY NWAIS. THE MISSION OF NWAIS IS TO PROMOTE THE ONGOING IMPROVEMENT OF ITS MEMBER SCHOOLS AND ADVANCES INDEPENDENT SCHOOL EDUCATION BY SUPPORTING SCHOOLS IN ACHIEVING THEIR MISSIONS, CULTIVATING EXCELLENCE IN SCHOOL LEADERSHIP, FURTHERING DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION, ENCOURAGING FREE AND OPEN INQUIRY, FOSTERING COLLEGIAL AND COLLABORATIVE RELATIONSHIPS, AND CHAMPIONING OUR PUBLIC PURPOSE.

PRESENTATIONS OF WORKSHOPS AND CONFERENCES PROVIDE OUR 111 MEMBER SCHOOLS WITH PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, EDUCATIONAL AND LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES WHICH ENHANCES AND STRENGTHENS THE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL.
THE RIGOROUS ACCREDITATION STANDARDS AND PROCESS MEMBER SCHOOLS FOLLOW TO BECOME ACCREDITED THROUGH NWAIS LEAD TO STRONGER SCHOOLS WHICH WORK TO IMPROVE THEMSELVES AND THE EDUCATION THEY OFFER.
MEMBERSHIP SERVICES PROVIDED TO MEMBER SCHOOLS TO FURTHER ENHANCE THEIR EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND SUPPORT THEIR ADMINISTRATIVE STRUCTURES WHICH HELPS STRENGTHEN THEIR OVERALL SUSTAINABILITY.
