STUDENT SUPPORT COSTS INCLUDED SCHOLARSHIPS TO THE UNIVERSITY OF WASHINGTON BIORESOURCE SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING PROGRAM, RECRUITING STUDENTS TO THE PROGRAM, INTRODUCTIONS TO POTENTIAL EMPLOYERS AND MENTORING TO ENHANCE JOB PREPAREDNESS. MORE THAN 30 STUDENTS RECEIVED SUPPORT.
INSTRUCTIONAL SUPPORT PAID TO INDIVIDUALS TO TEACH COURSES OFFERED THROUGH THE SCHOOL OF ENVIRONMENTAL AND FOREST RESOURCES, TECHNICAL SUPPORT OF FOUNDATION EQUIPMENT. THE SCHOOL OF ENVIRONMENTAL AND FOREST RESOURCES DONATES SPACE TO THE FOUNDATION AT AN ESTIMATED COST OF $7,025.
FOUNDATION MEETING FOR PROSPECTIVE DONORS TO MEET CURRENT PROGRAM STUDENT SCHOLARS RECEIVING FOUNDATION SUPPORT AND FACULTY TO DISCUSS DEVELOPMENTS IN THE PROFESSION.
