EVERGREEN SCHOOL STRIVES TO DEVELOP IN ITS CHILDREN A COMPASSIONATE ATTITUDE TOWARD THE ENVIRONMENT AND A CURIOSITY WITH WHICH THEY GO WANDERING THROUGH LIFE, A PREREQUISITE FOR HIGHER LEVEL THOUGHT. THE SCHOOL CHALLENGES MULTIPLE PERSPECTIVES AND ULTIMATELY STRETCHES ITS STUDENTS MINDS THROUGH THE EIGHTH GRADE. APPROXIMATELY 491 STUDENTS FROM PRE-SCHOOL THROUGH THE EIGHTH GRADE WERE ENROLLED DURING THE 2021-2022 SCHOOL YEAR.
THE EMPHASIS OF THE EVERGREEN SCHOOL'S SUMMER PROGRAM, EXTENDED CARE, AFTER SCHOOL CLASSES AND SEEDLINGS PROGRAMS IS ON EMBRACING OUR NATURAL ENVIRONMENT, NURTURING PROBLEM SOLVING AND THINKING SKILLS OF YOUNG STUDENTS, FOSTERING THEIR ARTISTIC AND CREATIVE ABILITIES, AND PROVIDING MANY OPPORTUNITIES FOR HEALTHY RECREATION AND SOCIALIZATION.
