THE LIFE LINK IS COMMITTED TO IMPROVING INDIVIDUAL AND COMMUNITY HEALTH THROUGH BREAKING CYCLES OF CHRONIC HOMELESSNESS, MENTAL ILLNESS, TRAUMA, EXPLOITATION, AND ADDICTION. NOT ONLY WERE WERE WE ABLE TO SERVE WITHOUT SKIPPING A BEAT WHEN THE COVID-19 GLOBAL PANDEMIC HIT, WE WERE ABLE TO WORK MORE CLOSELY AS A TEAM, STRENGTHEN OUR OUTRAECH EFFORTS, SERVE MORE CLIENTS, AND IMPLEMENT NEW PROGRAMS AND SERVICES THAT CONTINUE TO PROVIDE CRUCIAL SERVICES TO THE MOST MARGINALIZED PEOPLE IN OUR COMMUNITY. OUR SUPPORTER BASE IS GROWING, THE AWARENESS OF OUR SERVICES IS EXTENDING, AND WE HAVE SUCCESSFULLY INTEGRATED NEW WAYS TO PROVIDE SERVICES, INCLUDING A TELEHEALTH PLATFORM. WE ARE PRIMED TO CONTINUE OUR GROWTH AND STRENGTHEN OUR MISSION.
