THE COMPANY OWNS THE RESERVOIR WHICH INCLUDES TWO STATE-REGULATED DAMS, TWO INTAKE STRUCTURES AND AN OUTLET STRUCTURE AS WELL AS PROPERTY SURROUNDING THE RESERVOIR. THE COMPANY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OUTLET DITCH TO THE POINT OF CONFLUENCE OF THE OUTLET DITCH AND THE DRY CREEK CARRIER.
