IN 2021, LUNAR EXECUTED THE SECOND VIRTUAL AND FOURTH FULL COHORT SERVING 15 ENTREPRENEURS. LUNAR EXPANDED THE PROGRAMMING TEAM BY HIRING THE FIRST ENTREPRENEUR IN RESIDENCE, CRITICAL IN BUILDING CAPACITY AND BRINGING NEW THOUGHT LEADERSHIP TO THE EXPERIENCE. LUNAR'S 4TH COHORT BROUGHT THE TOTAL PORTFOLIO TO 45 COMPANIES AND GAVE LUNAR THE STATISTICALLY SIGNIFICANT DATA TO FINALIZE THE ACCELERATOR METHODOLOGY. LUNAR ALSO INITIATED PHASE 1 OF AN IMPACT ASSESSMENT THAT ANALYZED THE PROJECTED ECONOMIC IMPACT OF THE COHORT COMPANIES IN MINNESOTA.LUNAR EVERYWHERE IS THE DIGITAL PLATFORM FOR EVENTS, PROGRAMMING, AND SCALING SUPPORT FOR FOUNDERS ACROSS THE REGION. IN 2021, LUNAR EXECUTED THE FIRST LUNAR SUMMIT SERIES FEATURING LOCAL AND NATIONAL EXPERTS, DELIVERING FOUR UNIQUE EVENTS TO 300 PARTICIPANTS AND RELEASING THAT CONTENT FOR ON-DEMAND CONSUMPTION.DURING THE SUMMIT, LUNAR ALSO LAUNCHED A NEW ONLINE COURSE, FUND YOUR STARTUP. THIS PILOT IS MEANT TO DEMYSTIFY CAPITAL FOR EMERGING ENTREPRENEURS AND WE'RE EXCITED TO EVOLVE THIS OFFERING FOR A BROADER AUDIENCE.LUNAR ALSO DEVELOPED A COMPELLING HR SYSTEM WITH COMPETITIVE BENEFITS TO ATTRACT TOP TALENT.
