THE PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE CORPORATION ARE TO OPERATE EXCLUSIVELY FOR RELIGIOUS, CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC, MEDICAL, LITERARY, AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES OR THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO CHILDREN OR ANIMALS, WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE CODE. SPECIFICALLY, THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED AND SHALL BE OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF COMMUNITIES FOUNDATION OF TEXAS, INC.
