IN 2021, PLAN A FOCUSED ON OUR ONGOING COMMUNITY NEEDS ASSESSMENT AND COMMUNITY OUTREACH STRATEGIES TO DEVELOP OUR MOBILE CLINIC PROGRAM. WE ALSO WORKED TO BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH COMMUNITY PARTNERS AND LEADERS. THIS COMMUNITY FEEDBACK WAS THEN USED AS A GUIDE TO INFORM PROGRAM OPERATIONS AND SERVICES - OUR MOBILE CLINIC OPENED IN APRIL 2021.
