TREATMENT & RECOVERY SERVICES - RECOVERY COACHING, SUPPORT GROUPS, INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP COUNSELING AND CASE MANAGEMENT, MEDICATION ASSISTED TREATMENT DIRECT REFERRALS, RECOVERY PROGRAMMING, TELEPHONE SUPPORT, PRIMARY HEALTH AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH REFERRALS, AND ASSESSMENTS AND ELAVATIONS, WE PROVIDED NALOXONE DISTRIBUTION, OPIOD OVERDOSE PREVENTION TRAINING AND WORKSHOPS TO VARIOUS COMMUNITY SETTINGS INCLUDING SOBER HOMES, HOMELESSSHELTERS, CHURCHES, BUSINESSES, AND OTHER NON-PROFIT AND HUMAN SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS, ASSISTED WITH TRANSPORTATION TO RECOVERY SUPPORT SERVICES AT THE CENTER; PROVIDE VOLUNTEER OPORTUNITIES FOR THOSE IN RECOVERY TO CONTRIBUTE TIME AND TALENT TO THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE.

WE PROVIDED A WARMING CENTER THROUGH THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC SERVING THE HOMELESS POPULATION WITH A NUTRITOUS MEALS, OPPORTUNITY TO CHANGE CELL PHONES, OBTAIN CLOTHING; PROVIDED NECESSARY CONNECTION TO RESOURCES AND RECOVERY SUPPORTS TO INDIVIDUALS WITH HIGH RISK OF RELAPSE, POTENTIAL SUICIDALITY, MENTAL ILLNESS OR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH ISSUES, OR SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER; WE ASSISTED INDIVIDUALS WITH OBTAINING ID'S NEEDED FOR EMPLOYMENT, HOUSING AND FOOD BENIFITS; WE ASSISTED WITH APPLICATIONS FOR HEALTH INSURANCE AND PCP/BEHAVIORAL HEALTH REFERRALS; PROVIDED WARM AND OFFS TO PARTNER ORGANIZATIONS FOR INDIVIDUAL WHO ARE VICTUMS OF PARTNER VIOLANCE AND SEX TRAFFICKING.
