COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT: ACHD PROVIDES YEAR ROUND OUT OF SCHOOL TIME (OST) EDUCATIONAL, SPORTS AND CIVIC ENGAGEMENT PROGRAMS FOR YOUTH, FAMILIES AND ELDERS.
HOUSING SUPPORT: ACHD PROVIDES HOUSING SUPPORT PROGRAMS WHERE MORE FAMILIES AND SENIORS HAVE ACCESS TO AFFORDABLE HOUSING, EVICTION PREVENTION AND PATHWAYS TO HOME OWNERSHIP AND ECONOMIC MOBILITY.
