AN ESTIMATED RANGE OF 5 MILLION CHILDREN LIVE ON THE STREETS, IN VARIOUS GOVERNMENT AND PRIVATE ORPHANAGES OR ARE TRAPPED IN TRAFFICKING AND CHILD LABOR.
