RECOVERY CAFE OF CLARK COUNTY'S MAIN FUNCTION IS TO PREVENT RELAPSE BY UTILIZIING NUMEROUS TECHNIQUES DESIGNED TO ENGAGE THE INDIVIDUAL IN AN INTENTIONAL, GOAL DRIVEN MANNER FOR SUSTAINED RECOVERY. IN SOUTHWEST WASHINGTON.

RECOVERY CAFE OF CLARK COUNTY (RCCC) OPERATES 5 DAYS A WEEK, 6 HOURS PER DAY, SERVING THE ADULT POPULATIONS OF CLARK, SKAMANIA, AND COWLITZ COUNTIES. AS AN ALL-INCLUSIVE FACILITY, WE SERVE A RACIALLY AND CULTURALLY DIVERSE POPULATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: VETERANS, HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS, SINGLE PARENT, TRANSGENDER, THE ELDERLY, THE CHRONICALLY MENTAL ILL WITH SUD AND PERSONS ON MEDICATION ASSISTED TREATMENT (MAT).RCCC IS A FREE, MEMBERS ONLY COMMUNITY SERVING INDIVIDUALS SEEKING RECOVERY FOR ANY SELF-IDENTIFIED MENTAL, PHYSICAL OR EMOTIONAL TRAUMA. RCCC SERVES APPROXIMATELY 2,000 MEALS PER MONTH TO A MEMBERSHIP BASE OF OVER 400 INDIVIDUALS. UTILIZING VOLUNTEER CCAR TRAINED RECOVERY COACHES, NUMEROUS SMALL, DAILY ACCOUNTABILITY GROUPS CALLED RECOVERY CIRCLES ARE PROVIDED TO ALL MEMBERS, PARTICIPATION BEING ONE OF THE REQUIREMENTS FOR MEMBERSHIP.AS A 'RESOURCE BROKER,' RCCC ALSO ASSISTS OUR MEMBERS IN SECURING HOUSING, CLOTHING, EMPLOYMENT, TRANSPORTATION, MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES AND A MYRIAD OF OTHER RESOURCES THAT MAY BETTER THEIR CHANCE OF LONG TERM RECOVERY.
