CONSUMER ADVOCACY: INVESTIGATE THE SAFETY OF PHARMACEUTICAL DRUGS AND OTHER ENVIRONMENTAL INTERVENTIONS THAT POSE A THREAT TO THE HEALTH OF HUMANITY, WHILE ADVOCATING FOR HUMANITY'S RIGHT TO INFORMED CONSENT. THE ORGANIZATION IS ACTIVELY INVOLVED IN CHALLENGING PUBLIC HEALTH AGENCIES FOR GREATER TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY, THEREBY ENSURING THAT THE RELEVANT REGULATORY AUTHORITIES ARE PERFORMING THEIR DUTIES UNDER LAW. THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRETY OF 2021, WE WERE ACTIVELY SUBMITTING, PROCESSING, APPEALING, AND LITIGATING NUMEROUS FOIA REQUESTS TO GOVERNMENT BODIES; DRAFTING AND PURSUING NUMEROUS PETITIONS TO THE FOOD & DRUG ADMINISTRATION SEEKING ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION CONSISTENT WITH INFORMED CONSENT; SENDING REGULAR COMMUNICATIONS TO STATE AND FEDERAL HEALTH AUTHORITIES FOCUSED ON COVID-19-RELATED RESTRICTIONS ON LIBERTY AND BODILY AUTONOMY; AND BRINGING MYRIAD LITIGATIONS TO PROTECT MEDICAL DECISION-MAKING AND ENSURE GOVERNMENT TRANSPARENCY.
