THE MUSEUM HELD THE FOLLOWING EVENTS AND PARTICIPATED IN THE ACTIVITIES BELOW TO PROMOTE, EDUCATE AND INSPIRE CURRENT AND FUTURE GENERATIONS OF PEOPLE AND TO GENERATE INTEREST AND INSIGHT INTO THE WORLD OF AVIATION AS WELL AS TO PROMOTE THE MUSEUM OF MOUNTAIN FLYING AND ITS PROJECTS.BOOK SIGNINGS. MEMBER AUTHOR BRIAN DOUGLASS HELD SEVERAL BOOK SIGNING EVENTS AT THE MUSEUM WHICH BROUGHT A NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN, BUT WHICH WERE NOT A MUSEUM SCHEDULED EVENT.B-25J WORLD WAR II BOMBER AIRCRAFT VISIT, 9/4. THE B-25 OWNED AND FLOWN BY THE ARIZONA COMMEMORATIVE AIR FORCE MUSEUM VISITED THE MUSEUM BRINGING IN MANY VISITORS AND MUCH PUBLICITY.RED SLEIGHTS OVER MONTANA, 12/23. MUSEUM VOLUNTEERS AND PILOTS GATHERED AND DISTRIBUTED AVIATION AND OTHER GIFTS TO YOUNG CHILDREN AND OTHERS WHO HAVE BEEN ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY THE COVID VIRUS WHICH HAS CAUSED ECONOMIC PROBLEMS FOR MANY FAMILIES. TWELVE PLANES OR HELICOPTERS, THEIR CREW, AND SANTA CLAUSE DELIVERED THE GIFTS TO SEVERAL SMALL TOWNS IN WESTERN MONTANA. THE PROJECT INCREASED AWARENESS OF THE MUSEUM OF MOUNTAIN FLYING, ITS PROJECTS AND THE OPPORTUNITIES FOR AVIATION CAREERS.
