CLARE'S HOSPITAL, INC TO ENHANCE ITS MISSION AS A CATHOLIC HOSPITAL INCLUDING THE HEALTH AND WELL BEING OF THOSE IN OUR SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES. THE FOUNDATION ALSO PROVIDES SUPPORT OF ASSOCIATE NEEDS AND COMPASSIONATE CARE WHICH ASSISTS WORKING FAMILIES AND PATIENTS WHO NEED HELP WITH VARIOUS LIVING EXPENSES AND NEEDS WHEN LEAVING THE HOSPITAL OR DURING AN UNEXPECTED TIME OF NEED AND SUPPORTS OTHER COMMUNITY PROGRAMS AND SERVICES THAT ASSIST AND SERVE THE POOR AND/OR VULNERABLE AS DECIDED BY THE FOUNDATION'S BOARD IN FURTHERANCE OF ASCENSION ST.
