THE ST. PAUL CENTER WAS FOUNDED WITH A CORE MISSION TO BRING SCRIPTURE TO LIFE FOR CATHOLICS, AND IT HAS RECENTLY CELEBRATED ITS 20TH ANNIVERSARY. THE ORIGINAL VISION WAS TO CREATE THE BEST BIBLE STUDIES IN THE WORLD TO HELP LAY CATHOLICS TREASURE THE SCRIPTURES AND BECOME BIBLICALLY LITERATE. FOR LENT, OVER 100,000 CATHOLICS AROUND THE WORLD CAME TO A BETTER LOVE FOR AND DEVOTION TO THE EUCHARIST BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CENTER'S LANDMARK BIBLE STUDY, PAROUSIA: THE BIBLE AND THE MASS. PRODUCED BY AWARD-WINNING FILM AND PRODUCTION CREWS, THIS STUDY ALSO FEATURES A SHORT FILM TAKE & EAT THAT WILL HELP EDUCATE YOUNG CATHOLICS ON THE EUCHARIST AND SCRIPTURE FOR GENERATIONS. THE ST. EMMAUS ROAD PUBLISHING CONTINUED TO RELEASE SOME OF THE MOST POPULAR BOOKS IN THE CATHOLIC WORLD SUCH AS NEW RELEASES SAINTS AROUND THE WORLD, JESUS I TRUST IN YOU: A 30 DAY PERSONAL RETREAT WITH THE LITANY OF TRUST, AND THE DECLINE & FALL OF SACRED SCRIPTURE.
DESPITE THE COVID-19 DISRUPTIONS, THE CENTER HOSTED TWO WELL-ATTENDED PRIESTS' CONFERENCES OUTSIDE OF PITTSBURGH AND AUSTIN, TEXAS. OVER 420 PRIESTS PARTICIPATED IN THE FOUR-DAY RETREAT AND SAVORED THEIR TIME FOR FELLOWSHIP AND ENCOURAGEMENT IN THEIR PRIESTLY MINISTRY. THIS IS ONE OF THE LARGEST PRIEST OUTREACHES IN THE WORLD WHERE PRIESTS HAVE THEIR HEARTS SET ON FIRE AND RETURN HOME TO SET THE HEARTS OF THE FAITHFUL ON FIRE.
