CISDR PROVIDES SCHOOL BASED SERVICES TO SCHOOL AGED CHILDREN AT RISK OF ACADEMIC/SOCIAL FAILURE. SERVICES ENSURE PREVENTION AND INTERVENTION STRATEGIES TO REDUCE STUDENT DROP-OUT RATES AND REINFORCE COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT IN THAT SUCCESS. IN THE FISCAL YEAR 2021-2022, CISDR PROVIDED ONE-ON-ONE CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES (INCLUDING DIRECT ACADEMIC, INTERVENTION, AND SOCIAL GUIDANCE) TO OVER 10,200 CHILDREN AND 840 STUDENTS IN AFTER/SUMMER SCHOOL PROGRAMMING ON 148 SCHOOL CAMPUSES IN 16 SCHOOL DISTRICTS AND 8 COUNTIES. THE OVERALL STUDENTS SERVED WAS ABOUT 100,000 STUDENTS.
