CISDR PROVIDES SCHOOL BASED SERVICES TO SCHOOL AGED CHILDREN AT RISK OF ACADEMIC/SOCIAL FAILURE. SERVICES ENSURE PREVENTION AND INTERVENTION STRATEGIES TO REDUCE STUDENT DROP-OUT RATES AND REINFORCE COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT IN THAT SUCCESS. IN 2020-2021 CISDR PROVIDED ONE-ON-ONE CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES (INCLUDING DIRECT ACADEMIC, INTERVENTION, AND SOCIAL GUIDANCE) TO OVER 7,044 CHILDREN ON 85 SCHOOL CAMPUSES IN 10 SCHOOL DISTRICTS AND 6 COUNTIES.
