HOSPICE OF WICHITA FALLS, INC'S INTERDISCIPLINARY TEAM CONSISTING OF THE PATIENT'S PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN, HOSPICE'S MEDICAL DIRECTORS, REGISTERED NURSES, HOSPICE AIDES, SOCIAL WORKERS, CLERGY AND VOLUNTEERS, PROVIDED MEDICAL, EMOTIONAL, PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL CARE TO 1,332 PATIENTS DURING 2021. HOSPICE ALSO PROVIDED SUPPORT AND BEREAVEMENT SERVICES TO OVER 4,000 FAMILY MEMBERS OF PREVIOUS PATIENTS DURING THE YEAR. ADDITIONALLY, OVER 112 CHILDREN RECEIVED HELP WHILE ATTENDING OUR COMMUNITY CHILDREN'S GRIEF PROGRAMS. SEVERAL OTHER ADULT BEREAVEMENT PROGRAMS WERE PROVIDED SERVING THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY.
