THE FORT BEND COUNTY FAIR, FOUNDED IN 1933, HAS GROWN INTO ONE OF THE LARGEST, MOST SUCCESSFUL FAIRS IN TEXAS. YOUTH EDUCATION HAS BEEN A PRIMARY FOCUS OF FAIR ACTIVITIES. THE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM OFFERS FBC STUDENTS SCHOLARSHIPS TO TEXAS COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES.THE ASSOCIATION PLANS AND CONDUCTS THE FORT BEND COUNTY FAIR AND LIVESTOCK SHOW AND OTHER EVENTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.THE ASSOCIATION SUPPORTS THE EDUCATION OF THE YOUTH OF FORT BEND COUNTY, TX, IN CONJUNCTION WITH LOCAL 4-H, FHA, AND FFA ORGANIZATIONS IN AGRICULTURE, ANIMAL RAISING AND BREEDING, AND AGRICULTURAL TECHNIQUES.
