DEVELOPED AND MAINTAINED THE REGIONAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE SYSTEM TO ADVANCE THE QUALITY OF EMERGENCY HEALTHCARE IN WEST TEXAS AND SOUTHERN NEW MEXICO THROUGH SYSTEM-WIDE PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT. MAINTAIN SYSTEMS OF CARE ADDRESSING TRAUMA, CARDIAC, STROKE, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, NEONATAL AND MATERNAL CARE, AND DISASTER PREPAREDNESS. PROVIDED PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION ON TRENDS IN MEDICAL CARE FOR THE SYSTEMS OF CARE. COORDINATED THE REGIONAL HEALTHCARE COALITION AND RESPOND TO COVID AND OTHER DISASTERS THROUGHOUT THE REGION PROVIDING REGIONAL MEDICAL OPERATIONS, MOBILE MEDICAL CARE AND REGIONAL RESPONSE.
