CONSTRUCTION AND SALES OF HOMES TO LOW-INCOME FAMILIES. SALES ARE MADE AT NO PROFIT WITH 20-25 YEAR INTEREST FREE MORTGAGES. DURING 2021, 49 NEW HOMES WERE COMPLETED, 4 HOUSES WERE REHABILITATED WERE COMPLETED AND OF THESE, 53 WERE SOLD TO LOW INCOME FAMILIES.
FAMILY SERVICES FAMILIES ARE RECRUITED AND SELECTED FOR PLACEMENT. HOMEOWNER EDUCATION AND MORTGAGES ARE PROVIDED.
LAND ACQUISITION, DEVELOPMENT AND INFRASTRUCTURE. LAND IS OBTAINED AND DEVELOPED FOR FUTURE BUILDING.
