THE ORGANIZATION COORDINATES THE CONSTRUCTION OF HOMES FOR LOW INCOME RESIDENTS AND PROVIDES FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IN THE FORM OF LOW INTEREST OR INTEREST FREE MORTGAGES TO THESE RESIDENTS. FOR THE FYE 6/30/21, 3 HOMES AND 2 REHABS WERE COMPLETED AND SOLD.
THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES A RESTORE, WHICH OBTAINS DONATED MATERIALS AND SELLS THE MATERIALS AT A SIGNIFICANT DISCOUNT FROM RETAIL PRICES. PROCEEDS ARE USED TO SUPPORT THE PROGRAMS WHICH CARRY OUT THE PRIMARY PURPOSES OF THE ORGANIZATION.
THE MCCOMB-VEAZEY NEIGHBORHOOD WAS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES.
