PRODUCED BILINGUAL BALLOT GUIDES O INFORM COLORADOANS ABOUT STATE AND LOCAL BALLOT MEASURES. PARTICIPATED IN AND PRESENTED AT NATIONAL AND STATE LEVEL CONFERENCES ON SUBJECTS OF CITIZEN ENGAGEMENT AND USE OF EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES AS COMMUNICATION TOOLS.
