THE PURPOSE OF THE AGENCY IS TO HELP FAMILIES LIVING IN POVERTY IMPROVE THEIR LIVES BY PROVIDING THEM WITH ASSISTANCE AND SERVICES THAT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE FOR THEMSELVES. THE FOCUS OF THE AGENCY IS TO HELP PEOPLE HELP THEMSELVES.
