STORY STORY NIGHT PRODUCED 11 SHOWS IN THE TREASURE VALLEY INCLUDING SIX FLAGSHIP SEASON SHOWS,THREE-DOUBLE HEADER SUMMER LATE-NIGHT SHOWS, THE SLAMMER OF THE YEAR ANNUAL EVENT, AND A SPECIAL PROGRAM STARRY STARRY NIGHT: THE PLEIADES. ONE OF THE FLAGSHIP SHOWS WAS HELD IN CONJUNCTION WITH A LIVE FEED TO INCLUDE MOSCOW, IDAHO ATTENDEES. ON AVERAGE, THERE WERE 406 ATTENDEES AT EACH OF THE FLAGSHIP SHOWS, 230 AT THE LATE-NIGHT SHOWS, AND 152 SLAMMER OF THE YEAR ATTENDEES. EACH SEASONAL SHOW INCLUDES SEVERAL FEATURED STORY-TELLERS WHO SHARE THEIR TALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SHOW THEME AND PERFORM LIVE, UNSCRIPTED, AND WITH OUT NOTES. IN ADDITION, THE SHOWS HAVE SEVERAL "SLAMMERS" WHICH VOLUNTEER TO TELL A FIVE MINUTE STORY ON-THEME WITH NO PRIOR PREPARATION. THE SLAMMER OF THE YEAR EVENT IS CURATED TO HIGHLIGHT THE YEAR'S TOP SLAMMERS IN A FRIENDLY COMPETITION WHERE THE AUDIENCE VOTES WITH THEIR DONATIONS TO CROWN THE TOP SLAMMER OF THE YEAR. STORY STORY NIGHT ALSO FACILITATED 29 WORKSHOP EVENTS IN IDAHO WITH A TOTAL OF 266 PARTICIPANTS. WORKSHOPS ARE HELD IN PROXIMITY TO EACH OF STORY STORY NIGHT'S SEASONAL SHOWS WHERE PAID ATTENDEES ARE GUIDED THROUGH THE PROCESS OF STORYTELLING CRAFT AND EXECUTION BY STORY STORY NIGHT WORKSHOP TRAINERS. WORKSHOPS ARE ALSO HELD AT THE REQUEST OF VARIOUS GROUPS INCLUDING LOCAL COMMUNITY LIBRARIES, SCHOOLS, CHURCHES, IDAHO OFFICE OF REFUGEES, AND PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATIONS.
