E-TECH CONTINUED THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF OIL REMEDIATION STRATEGIES UNDER AN INDIGENOUS-NATIONAL GOVERNMENT AGREEMENT IN THE LORETO, PERU AMAZON BASIN INCLUDING MONITORING, TRAINING AND FIELD OVERSIGHT OF ACTUAL CRUDE OIL CLEANUP ON BEHALF OF INDIGENOUS FEDERATIONS. AT THE REQUEST OF INDIGENOUS FEDERATIONS, E-TECH COORDINATED WITH THE PERUVIAN GOVERNMENT A NEW MULTI-DECADE LONG PROGRAM TO TRAIN COMMUNITY MEMBERS TO BE EMPLOYED IN REDMEDIATION AND REHABILITATION OF THEIR TERRITORY. E-TECH CONTINUED THE PROMOTION OF BEST LARGE-SCALE MINING PRACTICES AT SEVERAL MINES IN ECUADOR AND CONTINUED FOCUSING ON THE CHINESE MIRADOR COPPER MINE AND FURTHER TECHNICAL ANALYSIS OF MINE-TAILING STABILITY AT THAT MINE. ONGOING REPRESENTATION OF INDIGENOUS COMMUNITIES IN THE STATE OF ZAMORA, CHINCHIPE AS WELL AS OF THE ASEMBLEA (SENATE) OF ECUADOR. E-TECH WORKED WITH RESEARCHERS AND COMMUNTIES TO DEVELOP FURTHER SOCIAL AND TECHNICAL EVALUATION OF WATERSHED PROTECTION FOR COMMUNITIES ON THE RIO SONORA, MEXICO, DOWNSTREAM OF THE GRUPO MEXICO CANANEA MINE AND WITH THE MEXICAN GOVERNMENT TO APPLY BEST PRACTICES AND AUDITS TO THE MINE. E-TECH BEGAN EVALUATING IMPACTS AND STRATEGIES WITH MEXICAN AUTHORITIES TO REDUCE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS OF NEW LITHIUM MINE IN SONORA.
