THESE UNITS OFFER SKILLED REHABILITATION SERVICES AND LONG-TERM CARE SERVICES.MEMORY CARE UNITA 24 BED MEMORY CARE UNIT HAD 7,060 RESIDENT DAYS FOR THE YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2021.
