TO PROMOTE THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF ETHICAL CONDUCT AMONG PLASTIC SURGEONS. 3. TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC REGARDING PLASTIC AND RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY IN ORDER TO MAKE THEM BETTER INFORMED HEALTH CONSUMERS. 4. TO PROVIDE, THROUGH SCIENTIFIC MEETINGS AND OTHER MEANS, FOR THE INTERCHANGE OF INFORMATION AND KNOWLEDGE AMONG PLASTIC AND RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGEONS. 5.
