JOBS PARTNERSHIP IS A NONPROFIT 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION HEADQUARTERED IN WINTER PARK, FLORIDA, WITH A MISSION TO PREPARE PEOPLE FOR LIFE AND WORK WITH BIBLICAL PRINCIPLES. WE FULFILL OUR MISSION THROUGH THE LIFEWORKS PROGRAM, A 36-HOUR CORE-SKILLS TRAINING COURSE DELIVERED IN ORANGE AND SEMINOLE COUNTIES BY VOLUNTEERS FROM THE FAITH AND BUSINESS COMMUNITIES. LIFEWORKS UPSKILLS MEN AND WOMEN FROM UNDER-RESOURCED COMMUNITIES AND CREATES ACCESS TO PROFESSIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AND PERSONAL GROWTH. SINCE JOBS PARTNERSHIP'S FOUNDING IN 1999, MORE THAN 3,000 PEOPLE HAVE GRADUATED FROM LIFEWORKS, GAINING RENEWED HOPE AND MARKETABLE SKILLS FOR FULL-TIME JOBS WITH BENEFITS AND OPPORTUNITIES TO ADVANCE. OUR SUCCESS METRICS FOR LIFEWORKS GRADUATES ARE GETTING A JOB, EARNING A RAISE OR PROMOTION, AND/OR BEING ACCEPTED TO A VOCATIONAL-SKILLS CERTIFICATE PROGRAM. HISTORICALLY, OUR GRADUATE SUCCESS RATE HAS BEEN 90%. COVID AND ITS AFTERMATH HAVE AFFECTED THAT FIGURE, YET WE STILL SEE GRADUATES EXPERIENCING A 66% SUCCESS RATE. THIS INCLUDES AN INCREASING PERCENTAGE OF GRADUATES BEING ACCEPTED INTO VOCATIONAL-SKILLS TRAINING FOR CAREER-PATH JOBS IN IN-DEMAND INDUSTRIES.
