THE ORGANIZATION OWNS FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION (FCC) LICENSE AUTHORIZATIONS AND RELATED FIXED ASSETS WHICH IT ALLOWS ITS SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION, Z MINISTRIES, INC. TO USE TO OPERATE LISTENER-SUPPORTED, NON-COMMERCIAL RADIO STATIONS. THE STATIONS PROVIDE CONTINUOUS BROADCASTING TO ORLANDO, FLORIDA AND SURROUNDING AREAS. THE STATIONS CURRENTLY BROADCAST IN ELEVEN FLORIDA COUNTIES AND VIA THE INTERNET REACHING A POTENTIAL ESTIMATED 4.5 MILLION U.S. LISTENERS PER WEEK. THE FORMAT IS EXCLUSIVELY CHRISTIAN MUSIC.
