THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO SERVE ITS MEMBERS BY INCREASING MARKET SHARE FOR THE UNIONIZED INDUSTRY, PROMOTE PROFESSIONALISM, QUALITY, COST-EFFECTIVENESS, OWNER/USER BENEFIT, AND PRODUCTIVITY OF UNION CONSTRUCTION AND SERVICE THROUGH LABOR RELATIONS, EDUCATION, SAFETY TRAINING, AND PUBLIC AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS.
