OPERATION OF THE FACILITIES OF A PRIVATE SOCIAL CLUB FOR APPROXIMATELY 1,400 MEMBERS, LOCATED ON APPROXIMATELY 14 ACRES OF THE WEST SHORE OF HILLSBOROUGH BAY IN TAMPA, FL. THE CLUBHOUSE HAS MORE THAN 20,000 SQUARE FEET OF SPACE.
THE CLUB OFFERS THE FOLLOWING PROGRAM SERVICES FOR THE BENEFIT OF ITS MEMBERS; 74 WET SLIP MARINA, SAILING INSTRUCTION, SWIMMING INSTRUCTION AND SWIM TEAM, EQUESTRIAN INSTRUCTION, TENNIS FACILITIES AND RELATED INSTRUCTION.
FOOD & BEVERAGE OPERATIONS FOR THE ENJOYMENT OF ALL CLUB MEMBERS ARE PROVIDED FROM TWO KITCHENS, TWO DINING ROOMS, TWO COCKTAIL LOUNGES, A BALLROOM AND A PAVILION.
FITNESS CENTER FOR THE USE OF ALL CLUB MEMBERS. A SIXTY-FIVE HUNDRED SQUARE FOOT BUILDING HOUSES LOCKER ROOMS, STEAM AND SAUNA ROOMS, FITNESS CENTER, AND PROSHOP FOR THE TENNIS PROGRAM.
