THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES SIGN LANGUAGE COURSES TO FAMILY MEMBERS OF DEAF AND HARD OF HEARING CITIZENS AND TO OTHERS IN THE COMMUNITY. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO SENDS DEAF ADULTS INTO HOMES WITH DEAF CHILDREN TO TEACH THE PARENTS HOW TO READ BOOKS TO THEM IN AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE.
THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES QUALIFIED SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETERS TO PROVIDE DEAF AND HARD OF HEARING CITIZENS ACCESS TO MEDICAL CARE, EDUCATIONAL COURSEWORK, MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING, GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE AND OTHER SERVICES.
