1 POWER LUNCH/READING WEEKLY READING PROGRAM AT 7 SCHOOLS FOR 105 STUDENTS PROVIDING 1-1 READING FOR K-5 STUDENTS ATTENDING LOW-INCOME SCHOOLS. 107 VOLUNTEER MENTORS PROVIDED THAT SERVICE. 2 STORYTIME WE PERFORMED INTERACTIVE ARTS PROGRAMS FOR K-3 STUDENTS AT 3 SCHOOLS AND DISTRIBUTED 1,500 BOOKS. 3 CLASSROOM STORYTIME VIRTUAL STORYTIME LED BY VOLUNTEERS FOR K-3 CLASSROOMS AT ONE SCHOOL, 6 CLASSES WEEKLY. 4 ENCOURAGING NOTES CAMPAIGN TO COLLECT HANDWRITTEN NOTES FROM VOLUNTEERS TO BE INCLUDED WITH BOOK DISTRIBUTION FROM HOME LIBRARY AND CLASSROOM LIBRARY PROJECTS. 1,350 NOTES WERE COLLECTED. 5 HOME LIBRARY PROJECT 8,000 BOOKS WERE DISTRIBUTED TO INCREASE FAMILY READING AND HOME LIBRARIES OF LOW-INCOME FAMILIES. 6 CLASSROOM LIBRARY PROJECT BOOK DISTRIBUTION TO INCREASE CLASSROOM READING AND SMALL GROUP READING FOR K-3 CLASSES OF LOW-INCOME SCHOOLS AT 3 SCHOOLS. 4,400 BOOKS WERE DISTRIBUTED.
