JOSEPH'S HOSPITAL, INC., A 253-BED, ACUTE CARE HOSPITAL IN SAVANNAH, GEORGIA, WHICH SERVES A METROPOLITAN POPULATION BASE OF APPROXIMATELY 379,000 AND THE SURROUNDING COUNTIES. FOR FISCAL YEAR 2021, ST. JOSEPH'S FOUNDATION RAISED FUNDS TOTALING 558,028 AND PROVIDED GRANTS OF 177,891 TO FURTHER THE TAX-EXEMPT PURPOSE OF ST. JOSEPH'S HOSPITAL AND 194,566 TO THE RELATED TAX-EXEMPT ENTITIES OF ST. JOSEPH'S/CANDLER HEALTH SYSTEM, INC. ST.
