COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND GROUPS PROGRAMS - HOI ASSISTS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF HONDURAN VILLAGES AND THEIR INFRASTRUCTURES BY TRAINING RESIDENTS IN PROBLEM SOLVING, INFRASTRUCTURE, HEALTH AND HYGIENE, AGRICULTURE AND ENTREPRENEURIAL DEVELOPMENT. THIS TRAINING IS DELIVERED BY VOLUNTEER GROUPS FROM UNITED STATES.
HONDURAS RANCH OPERATION - ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF TO MAINTAIN FACILITIES (SUCH AS SCHOOLS, KINDERGARTEN, MEDICAL CLINICS, DORMS, KITCHEN, BARNS, CORRALS, WATER TANKS), EQUIPMENTS, AND VEHICLES (BUSES, PICKUPS, TRUCKS, VANS, AND MOTORCYCLES). VEHICLES ARE USED FOR EACH PROGRAM IN THE RURAL AREAS.
