GROUP MINISTRY & RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT:ORGANIZE, DEVELOP, AND FACILITATE BUSINESS LEADER GROUPS. THESE PEER GROUPS USE RESOURCES AND GROUP MEETINGS TO FACILITATE DISCUSSIONS AND ENCOURAGE IMPLEMENTATION OF BIBLICAL PRINCIPLES IN ALL AREAS OF THEIR BUSINESSES AND LIVES THAT INCLUDE BUSINESS PURPOSE, SERVANT LEADERSHIP, SALES AND MARKETING, FINANCIAL STEWARDSHIP, ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT, BUSINESS EXCELLENCE, AND BUSINESS PLANNING. DURING 2021, DUE TO ONGOING COVID19 ISSUES, IT WAS DIFFICULT TOR GROUPS TO MEET IN-PERSON; HOWEVER, BY USING ZOOM AND OTHER SIMILAR TECHNOLOGY, MANY GROUPS STARTED MEETING ONLINE AND A NUMBER OF NEW GROUPS WERE FORMED USING ONLINE TECHNOLOGY. OUR GROUP LEADER TRAINING PROGRAM WAS UPDATED AND WE HELD MULTIPLE ONLINE TRAINING SESSIONS AND PRODUCED MATERIALS FOR USE IN BUSINESS LEADER GROUPS & SEMINARS. OUR WEBSITE WAS IMPROVED AND NEW TRANSFORMATIONAL CONTENT WAS ADDED. OTHER ACCOMPLISHMENTS IN 2021 INCLUDE ADDITIONAL UPDATES TO MULTIPLE ONLINE COURSES FOR CHRISTIAN BUSINESS LEADERS, COLLABORATION MEETINGS WITH OTHER MARKETPLACE MINISTRIES SO THAT WE CAN BETTER SERVE OUR COMMUNITIES, REGULAR NATIONAL PRAYER CALLS USING ZOOM, MONTHLY LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT CALLS HOSTED BY OUR PRESIDENT AND STAFF, AND BI-WEEKLY E-MAIL TRAINING & MEMBERSHIP UPDATES TO ALL OUR MINISTY MEMBERS AND FRIENDS. FINALLY, WE ADDED AN FCCI APP WHICH OFFERS MULTIPLE WAYS FOR MEMBERS TO CONNECT WITH EACH OTHER AND PARTICIPATE IN LEADERSHIP COURSES.
CONFERENCE & EVENT MINISTRY:CONDUCT CONFERENCES, REGIONAL GATHERINGS, AND OTHER TRAINING EVENTS THAT PROVIDE TEACHING, COUNSEL, AND FELLOWSHIP TO BUSINESS LEADERS ON APPLYING BIBLICAL PRINCIPLES IN EVERY AREA OF THEIR LIVES. DURING 2021, WE HOSTED OUR ANNUAL BUSINESS LEADERS CONFERENCE, TWO REGIONAL EVENTS, AND SEVERAL LOCAL FELLOWSHIP AND TRAINING EVENTS. COVID19 IS STILL IMPACTING THE NUMBER AND SIZE OF EVENTS THAT WE CAN HOLD. FOR 2022, WE ARE PLANNING TO EXPAND THE NUMBER OF REGIONAL AND LOCAL EVENTS WHICH INCLUDES MULTIPLE CURATED, POP-UP AND VENUE EVENTS.IN ADDITION TO OUR IN-PERSON CONFERENCES AND EVENTS, WE ARE PRODUCING REGULAR, ON-LINE PODCASTS/TOWNHALL MEETINGS WHICH ARE HOSTED BY FCCI STAFF MEMBERS AND BUSINESS LEADERS.
