THE CLINIC SHALL PROVIDE DIAGNOSTIC AND REMEDIATION SERVICES FOR SPEECH, LANGUAGE, VOICE, SWALLOWING, AND HEARING DISORDERS, OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY AVAILABLE UTILIZING ALL AVAILABLE TECHNOLOGY. ALL SERVICES AND FACILITIES SHALL BE OFFERED WITHOUT DISCRIMINATION AS TO RELIGIOUS CONVICTION, RACE, COLOR, SEX, NATIONAL ORIGIN, OR ECONOMIC STATUS.
