REASEARCH HAS DEMONSTRATED THAT EARLY IDENTIFICATION AND INTERVENTION, AS WELL AS HIGH EXPECTATIONS, ARE THE BEST STRATEGIES FOR FUTURE SUCCESS.
COLLECTIVE IMPACT PROGRAMS: GALVANIZING THE COMMUNNITY TO WORK TOGETHER TO CREATE LASTING SOLUTIONS FOR THE LARGE-SCALE SOCIAL PROBLEMS THAT IMPACT INDIVIDUALS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS, THEIR FAMILIES AND THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE.
