THE CLINIC'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE QUALITY ACUTE CARE AND CHRONIC DISEASE MANAGEMENT FOR ELIGIBLE ADULTS, AGED 18-64, WHO RESIDE IN ARCHDALE, HIGH POINT, JAMESTOWN, AND TRINITY AND DO NOT QUALIFY FOR ANY FORM OF GOVERNMENT OR PRIVATE INSURANCE. APPROVED PATIENTS ARE PERSONS WHO HAVE PAPERS VERIFYING THEY ARE INDIGENT PERSONS. ONE DAY PER WEEK, PRE-APPROVED PERSONS ARE SEEN BY A NURSE. APPOINTMENTS ARE MADE FOR ANY PERSON NEEDING TO BE SEEN AGAIN BY THE NURSE OR A VOLUNTEER DOCTOR.
