PROVIDE MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE TO WARREN COUNTY RESIDENTS WHO ARE INDIGENT AND UNINSURED. DURING 2021, SLCC SERVED 411 UNDUPLICATED PATIENTS AND CONDUCTED 1,362 MEDICAL VISITS AND 260 LABS/XRAY/PATIENT EDUCTION SESSIONS. MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES WERE PROVIDED TO 95 PATIENTS WITH MENTAL HEALTH VISITS. SLCC PROVIDES 35 HOURS PER WEEK OF PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT OR PHYSICIAN AVAILABILITY. THE CLINICS INCOME ELIGIBILITY GUIDELINE IS 300% OF THE FEDERAL POVERTY LEVEL.
