STRELITZ INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY THROUGH ITS DYNAMIC JEWISH ENVIRONMENT WILL ENRICH THE LIFE OF THE WHOLE CHILD AND DEVELOP COMPASSIONATE, LIFELONG LEARNERS. IN COLLABORATION WITH OUR FAMILIES AND THE GREATER COMMUNITY, WE WILL PROMOTE A SOCIAL AND GLOBAL CONSCIOUSNESS THAT ENCOMPASSES A PROFOUND RESPECT FOR ALL HUMANITY.

EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS:PRESCHOOL (AGES 2-4)THE PRESCHOOL PROVIDES AN EXEMPLARY CURRICULUM BASED UPON WELL RESEARCHED AND DOCUMENTED THEORIES OF EDUCATION AS WELL AS A NURTURING AND ENRICHING FULLCARE PROGRAM FOR THOSE FAMILIES WHO NEED CHILDCARE IN ORDER FOR THE PARENT(S) TO WORK.ELEMENTARY (K-5 GENERAL STUDIES)THE GENERAL STUDIES PROGRAM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CORE ACADEMIC SUBJECTS OF LANGUAGE ARTS, MATH, SCIENCE, SOCIAL STUDIES, VISUAL ARTS, MUSIC, COMPUTERS, LIBRARY SCIENCE, AND PHYSICAL EDUCATION. WE SUPPORT STUDENTS WHO NEED ACCOMMODATIONS IN ORDER TO REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL AND PROVIDE ENRICHMENT THROUGH SPECIAL ACTIVITIES AND EXTRACURRICULAR PROGRAMS.ELEMENTARY (K-5 JUDAIC STUDIES)THE ACADEMY ACCEPTS AND WELCOMES ALL STUDENTS IDENTIFIED AS JEWISH AND WORKS TO CREATE PROGRAMS, CELEBRATIONS, ACTIONS AND LEARNING SITUATIONS THAT UNITE OUR STUDENTS AS ONE. THE CURRICULUM INCLUDES HEBREW LANGUAGE, PRAYER, JEWISH HISTORY, HOLIDAYS. THE TEACHING OF CHARITY AND ACTS OF LOVING KINDNESS HELP TO CREATE A WELL ROUNDED STUDENT.
