A MAJOR ASPECT OF THIS TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE IS THAT THE 21ST CENTURY SCHOOL FUND PROVIDES TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO STATE FACILITIES OFFICIALS TO SUPPORT THE NATIONAL COUNCIL ON SCHOOL FACILITIES, AN ASSOCIATION FOR STATE FACILITIES OFFICIALS.
