EXCEL BEYOND THE BELL ELEMENTARY - WORKS TO BRING PEOPLE TOGETHER, TO ENGAGE AND TRAIN PARENT LEADERS IN SCHOOLS WITH HIGH RATES OF FREE AND REDUCED MEALS (A WAY OF MEASURING POVERTY), AND TO START FREE AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS FOR STUDENTS IN THE SCHOOLS.
