SMALL SUBSIDIES ARE PROVIDED TO PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS FOR HOUSING, UTILITY, MEDICAL, AND EMPLOYMENT STABILITY.
EMPOWERMENT ADDRESSES THE PARTICIPANTS? NEED FOR SELF-IMPROVEMENT AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT WITH GOALS OF IMPROVED QUALITY OF LIFE, INTERDEPENDENCE AND, AS IS POSSIBLE, SELF-SUFFICIENCY. THIS EFFORT IS ADDRESSED THROUGH SUPPORT GROUPS, COUNSELING AND REFERRAL
