PRODUCED AND PILOTED A PEER MENTORSHIP PROGRAM AND AN ADVOCACY CURRICULUM FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATORS. LAUNCHED ADMINISTRATION OF CHILD CARE LABOR-MANAGEMENT TRAINING FUNDS IN RI AND MA. CONDUCTED WORKER-CENTERED TRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT REACHING NEARLY 700 EDUCATORS IN THOSE STATES.
