IMPLEMENTATION OF SAFE ROUTES FOR CYCLISTS IN KERN COUNTY'S DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES. THE PROGRAM SEEKS TO INCREASE ACTIVE BICYCLE TRANSPORTATION BY RAISING CONFIDENCE IN CYCLISTS AND IMPROVING SAFETY ALONG BIKE ROUTES.
